Spanish Tortilla at Cabo Roig Tapas Bar

If you are visiting Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca, Spain this year, you must take an evening out to visit the new Tapas Bar which has opened in place of the Bombay Spice Indian restaurant. Instead of eating out in the usual English pubs, Irish bars or Chinese restaurant you should at least try some traditional Spanish food during your stay. As tapas meals are a chance to sample small portions of various Spanish specialities, this restaurant gives you a good opportunity to test out your palate for some Spanish food, if you do not wish to be too experimental you could start out with a traditional Spanish tortilla which a like a thick pancake made with potato and onion, absolutely delicious with salad and eaten either hot or cold. The Tapas restaurant is on the sea side of the strip in Cabo Roig close to Bar Med and Puccinis, it is well used by the Spanish visitors to Cabo Roig as well as those of other nationalities who like to try something a little different. Cabo Roig is situated on the Orihuela Costa section of the Costa Blanca around 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport. So if you would like to try a tortilla, a traditional Spanish seafood dish or just bread with Allioli then head for the Tapas Bar in beautiful Cabo Roig.
