Cullera has a history going back to the Arab occupation, and its 13<sup>th<\/sup> century fortress dated from this time. The fortress of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.needahandspanishproperties.com\/cullera.html\" target=\"_blank\">Cullera<\/a> stands on a mountain above the town as a reminder of Cullera\u2019s historic past, when there was constant conflict between Moors and Christians.
